TransformationIQ, and our subsidiary EasyHR, offer a range of HR consulting and support services to a wide range of customers throughout New Zealand. Our clients include a variety of businesses from privately owned SMEs to some of New Zealand’s most exciting up and coming mid-market operations. This provides an opportunity to work across many dynamic businesses and industry sectors.
We are seeking a passionate human resources professional who can work independently providing a wide range of services and support to our amazing clients. Reporting to the managing director, the primary focus of the role is to manage the day-to-day HR operational requirements of our customers, assisting them to resolve employment issues while assisting them to embed a best practice approach to people related matters. Augmenting operational ER, the role also includes implementing and running HR projects and change management initiatives. Due to the nature of our business, we are seeking someone with the ability to proactively engage with our clients, deal with challenging situations hand-on and help our wonderful clients build great teams.
