Kate is a highly experienced senior executive with more than 20 years delivering commercially focussed business and human resources strategies. Kate has an outstanding record in transforming human resources and procurement process operations and is passionate about helping organisations reach their potential.

An experienced general manager, Kate has a deep understanding of transforming organisations and driving organisational performance through organisational design, process optimisation and commercially focussed performance frameworks.

Kate has a wealth of commercial and HR experience in a wide range of private and public sector organisations – aviation, health, utilities, rural servicing, consulting, retail and broadcasting. This experience includes business and functional strategy, policy and process development, process optimisation, business insights reporting; fraud prevention; and management of risk, health and safety, call centre operations and property. 

Kate brings extensive experience in business transformation and change management that has seen her design and deliver major organisational transformation initiatives. Having worked extensively in New Zealand and Australia, Kate has worked with iconic New Zealand companies such as Air New Zealand, The Warehouse, PGG Wrightson, Genesis Energy, and Auckland International Airport.
